Conni Ingallina, President and Founder – As the owner of SOS-Association Management Solutions, Conni Ingallina personally oversees all client relationships. She has an extensive background in business and business management, and for the past 22 years has been managing state, national, and international nonprofit associations. She served as the Treasurer for the Arizona Society of Association Executives (AZSAE) and currently serves as the Chair of the Community Engagement Committee for the AMC Institute. She is a member of ASAE® The Center for Association Leadership, is a graduate of the Athena Power Link Program and is a past member of the National Bank of Arizona’s Nonprofit Advisory Board. Conni recently earned her Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) designation.
Suzanne Lanctot, CAE, Managing Director – Suzanne serves as the Managing Director, working closely with all staff and overseeing client support. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), the highest professional credential in the association industry, and a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP). She has spent her career working with national and state nonprofit associations and currently serves as the Executive Director for the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Through her diligent efforts, SOS became the first AMC Institute accredited association management company in the state of Arizona. Suzanne graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Communications. She is Past President of the Arizona Society of Association Executives (AzSAE) and is a member of ASAE® The Center for Association Leadership.
Heidi Neikes, Database Manager – Heidi’s extensive background in customer service, administration and management positions has given her the interpersonal skills to work with diverse clients. She serves as the internal database developer for SOS, assisting clients with all database and CRM needs. Heidi graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Biochemistry.
Laurie Williams, Account Executive – Laurie has over fourteen years of experience working with nonprofits, most recently as the Interim Executive Director of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Her expertise includes contract negotiations, corporate sponsorship procurement, stakeholder engagement, budget planning, public relations strategies, volunteer management and leadership development. Laurie has extensive experience working with board members, committee members and volunteers. She is adept at project management, event management, member and donor retention strategies, grant writing and donor cultivation. She is a member of the Arizona Society of Association Executives (AZSAE) and ASAE® The Center for Association Leadership. Laurie is currently fulfilling the requirements for the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.
Melody King, Event Planner – Melody is a dedicated Meeting and Event Planner with 12+ years’ experience. She has spent most of her career in Los Angeles working in Film and Television, where she took on many versatile producing roles. Some of the many shows she has worked on include: The Bachelorette for ABC; Undercover Boss for CBS; Solution Street for Disney; and Ancient Aliens for the History Channel. Now as the Event Planner for SOS-Association Management Solutions, she brings her years of expertise and her unique talent to provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail that helps create memorable events for all of our clients. Melody is a member of the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and is studying for the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.
Laney Townsend, Administration – Laney has been with SOS Association Management Solutions since 2012, and has an extensive 18 year background in administration and communication. Her career includes stints at the Arizona State Capitol, working for both the Secretary of State and House of Representatives, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Arizona preliminary for Miss America. In Scottsdale, she served as a Director of Theatre for 15 years, and co-founded MasterPeace Productions. Laney graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University and is active in local schools, where she volunteers regularly and serves on various boards.
Zach Ingallina, Membership and Technology Coordinator – Zach holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Criminal Justice Studies. He has gathered a wide range of experience from his time working with both nonprofits and for profits and currently serves as our Membership Manager for all clients: renewals, membership inquiries, recruitment and retention strategies and creating analytical membership reports. He also works on numerous websites for our clients, well-versed in several platforms, including YourMembership and Wild Apricot. As a millennial, his grasp of new technologies and ideas to implement them make him a strong advocate for all of our clients.
Marie Kennedy, Bookkeeper – Marie has over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping, budgeting and accounting. She is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and provides full financial support for all of our clients, including the preparation of 1099s.
